Privacy is vital to the manner in which we conduct our business and providing valuable products and services to our clients. Therefore, Natural Velocity is committed to complying with Data Protection Laws.

This Natural Velocity Privacy Policy outlines how Natural Velocity obtains, uses and manages Personal Information and Personal Data that it has received or collected by conducting its business activities.

We collect Personal Information as part of operating our business and is obtained whether you are dealing directly with Natural Velocity, whether you are using the Natural Velocity Ecosystem to consume our products and services, or purchase/licence any third-party AI and Cyber applications or whether it is obtained from a third party. We may collect Personal Information directly from individuals dealing with Natural Velocity or while providing our products and services, and from our Natural Velocity Ecosystem and other online platforms including using cookies (webserver generated data files sent and stored on your device’s web browser).

When you (as our customer or their authorised employees, representatives or contractors) use the Natural Velocity Ecosystem to either consume our products and services or purchase/licence any third-party AI and Cyber applications; we may receive, access and handle your Personal Information. If you disclose any Personal Data relating to other people to us or to our service providers, you represent that you have the authority to do so and to permit us to use the information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

Note: When Natural Velocity customers interact with the Natural Velocity Ecosystem to either purchase or licence any third-party AI and Cyber applications, then the owner of that particular AI and Cyber application’s privacy policy will govern such usage not this Natural Velocity Privacy Policy. It is your responsibility to review such AI and Cyber application privacy policies. However, this Natural Velocity Privacy Policy will apply to customers who consume Natural Velocity provided products and services.

What Personal Information do we collect?
We collect the following types of Personal Information:

Identity and contact details such as individuals’ full name, address including email address, date of birth, telephone numbers etc..

employment details such as employment history and experience, company, position, education and professional qualifications and interests

when customers make purchases from Natural Velocity we collect payment details such as bank account details etc…

when you or customers communicate or interact with Natural Velocity using information technology tools/devices including smart phones, live-chat, social media platforms and emails we may collect online reviews, comments, opinions, feedback etc… as well as location data, IP addresses, URLs, search history, cookie and other related information.
We do not collect, use or store sensitive information (such as individual’s racial or ethnic origin, political opinions or associations, religious beliefs, criminal records nor health information).

Purposes for holding, using and disclosing Personal Information /Personal Data
Natural Velocity collects, uses and disclosures Personal Information for a variety of reasons but only to operate and manage our business activities. The purposes may include the following:

Provision of the Natural Velocity Ecosystem that includes the Natural Velocity produced products and services and the products and services of our partners or third parties, to our customers.

Improvement and optimisation of the Natural Velocity Ecosystem and the products and services that it provides to our customers. In the case where our customers provide access to their data (which may contain individual Personal Information of customer employees, representatives, contractors or third parties) while using the Natural Velocity Ecosystem products or services, we will only use such customer data where the customer permits us to do so in our contract with them.

We will use the Personal Information we collect from you for the purposes listed above, and for secondary purposes that are related to the primary purposes for which we have collected that information, and you would reasonably expect the disclosure in the circumstances, or any other purposes you have consented to.
Our disclosure of Personal Information to the above mentioned third parties is governed by this Natural Velocity Privacy Policy. However, such third party’s use, storage, disclosure, security and disposing of your Personal Information will be governed by their privacy policy. It is your responsibility to review such third-party privacy policies.

Maintaining the Quality of your Personal Information
We will use all reasonable means to ensure that the Personal Information we hold is accurate and up to date. You may seek to update the Personal Information held by us if you believe that it is not accurate or up to date by contacting us at any time at the below noted contact email address. You can also ask us to delete your Personal Information.
You have the right to access any Personal Information we hold about you. In order to protect your Personal Information, we may require identification from you before releasing the requested information. If we provide you with copies of the requested information, as permitted by law, we may charge you an administrative fee to recover costs of providing you with the requested information.
Retention and Management of Personal Information
Our staff are required to respect the confidentiality of Personal Information and the privacy of individuals.
Collected Personal Information is securely stored using best practice security protocols to protect it from misuse, loss and from unauthorised access, modification or disclosure. Personal Information is held only for as long as it is required to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected and in accordance with our legal and business requirements. Personal Information that is no longer required to be kept will be destroyed or permanently de-identified.
We have an Information Security Policy which requires protection of confidential information including Personal Information, which we hold.
The Information Security Policy amongst other requirements, specifies that:
